Setting Up a Twitter Channel

To add a new Twitter channel:

  1. From the Settings menu, select SimpleChat Channels under the SimpleChat section
  2. Click the New button to open a new SimpleChat Channel form
  3. Fill in the fields in the Operation Settings section as explained above
  4. In Channel Type field under the SimpleChat Channels, select Twitter and click Save.

A window opens where you will need to confirm the connection of the product to the customer's Twitter account.
